Virtual Chair Yoga classes are available on Monday and Thursday on a weekly basis.

Chair yoga is an ideal program for yoga beginners, seniors, people with arthritis, overweight people and participants with different medical conditions (shoulders, knees, hips, ankles, wrists, spine and back problems).
In this class, the chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes the extension of your body allowing you to take full advantage of yoga's fitness and health potential.
Chair yoga class aims to give you the experience of classical yoga, even if you have mobility issues or find regular yoga challenging.
Hatha Yoga classes for adults.
If your goals are: to improve your flexibility/ mobility, to build strength and core stability, to improve the balance, to boost your immune system, to reduce the inflammations, to improve the sleep quality, to reduce the anxiety and depression, to learn different breathing techniques and meditation which will help you to coop better with the daily stress, than this is the right class for you!
